Tandoori Chicken

An easy introduction to Indian food, and a great flavor for chicken.

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients except the chicken in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the marinade for about an hour in the fridge (or overnight).
  3. Broil chicken for 12 - 15 minutes.
