I'm kinda scared that I won't continue to lose weight. This is what has happened before. I start losing it, I celebrate, then I gain it back. I've got to continue to keep a level head about this. I've still got quite a ways to go.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's ok to celebrate, just don't celebrate with food! :) You are doing well, just remember it's a marathon not a sprint!

And remember that it's about a lifestyle change - not a quick fix. If you can change your mindset and embrace your altered habits as a new way of life, you will have no problem keeping it off.

Thanks so much for the encouragement! I love the idea of celebrating with something else...I'm coming up with the list now--lol. Seriously..keep my eye on the prize of my health and feeling better all around and making it a lifestyle change. I can do it!!!
