I haven't been as good as i was for the past 3 months. I've allowed myself to go "off plan" more than i would have liked to.

I think, who does this effect? It ONLY effects me. I make the decisions on how i treat my body and i've been making choices that do not benefit me, in any way (and don't help my pocket book either)!

I made the decision this morning that i'm getting back on track. That i feel SO much better when i'm doing this 100%. Not only do i love the progress but i know that my body is essentially healthier when i'm doing 100%.

This is the ONE body that i have and i don't want to ruin it or make it harder for me to be healthy, or not be healthy at all.

Anyway, i've come SO far and i need to finish this out and be successful and be proud of myself for finally taking a hold of my life and happiness.

No more slacking...just eating good healthy food and living life!
86.8 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
