I lost today but treated myself yesterday. Had some Carmel M&Ms. So will see if it catches up with me tomorrow.
90.8 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Once in awhile shouldn't be too much of an issue and this is when calories in calories out really means something! My first week on here I split a piece of chocolate cake at Cheddar's with 2 people and w\ice cream and it wasn't good to do but it worked out ok. So don't be discouraged about it! It's not too bad to cheat a little! Nan 😉

True, it shouldn't. Last night I had carrot cake with icing (heavenly) and a glass of wine with dinner. It was a birthday party, and I enjoyed it. Aaannd? I weighed in today with a loss. So, all is good.
