I only weigh monthly for I'm not huge about scales and have food sensitivities that cause flucuatins big time....I do though take my measurements on my body just to have clarity ... I measure my waist..hips..and thigh...and it keeps me accountable...plus I'm learning about strengthening my mind... a huge project ha ha and has been my disaster culprit....take a weight 5 or 10 lb wt weigh it on your scale and see what our reading is..this will assist you in a more accurate reading...have a pleasant day too;)
