Yay, I lost since yesterday. That's exciting, but I know how weight can fluctuate (especially this week during my menstrual week). I'm doing my best to be careful today and keep my calorie and fat intake in check. Deadlines tend to stress me out some, but it also gets me focused. My deadline for 50 lbs I believe was reasonable, I just should have been a bit more on top of things before now. Procrastination = frustration.

My son has just left to go bowling, I think I may have addicted him. Beyond that I have research for a paper that is due in two weeks that needs to get done and lots of reading. So, I will bid you all farewell for the day and I hope tomorrow I will again see a loss as I hope as well for all of you.

Trust in God steadily, hope unswervingly, love extravagantly.
