For some reason, I've let myself indulge one too many times this week. Sunday night it was popcorn and pizza. Monday night was Kraft Dinner. I've also had grilled cheese sandwiches, chocolate, ice cream, gummi bears and other junk.
Normally, I have a day, maybe two, where I let myself go just a teeny bit overboard. But I've let myself get a little out of hand this week.
Next week will also be tough...I have three twelve hour shifts, which means I won't be able to get to the gym as often as I'd like. Plus, Canada Day is coming up. Guess I just have to rein myself in this week.
