Recorded my first uptick in weight since I started. Funny, I knew before I stepped on the scale that I felt "heavy". Yesterday I ate more calories in a single day than I have since I started the diet, but I was still within my ranges and still showed a deficit for the day so I don't know why the gain.
I'm not letting it bug me OR throw me off track but it sort of was depressing. I've been weighing in on Mondays and Thursdays so this is a weigh-in day. Figures.
Hope to see better results tomorrow.
