I really did badly last night...Fazoli's! I was in a hurry to feed the kids, and I got one of the worst choices I could get. I gained a pound back. I'll try to do much better today.
80.2 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
