I am losing weight like I want. I have to keep in mind that it's not going to stay at this pace, but I hope at least to see 169 before it slows down. I've been working out steadily, trying to listen to what my body needs.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
