I went on a slight binge this past week and now I'm back on track. Why is it you can gain a pound overnight but it takes up to 3 days to lose it???? I really don't understand that!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
