Mother Nature is currently against me. But come on a 3 pound gain ?? I am sure I will drop back down once my cycle is complete but it is a little frustrating. The weight loss contest I am in ends in a week so I guess better now than then. Down to the final push for the contest, but still going to continue after it's over. Wish me luck.
