A slow week for me. My usual pattern. Lose one week and not the next. Even staying under the calorie range, but did indulge in some carbs. Getting close to under 200 , a goal of mine for a long time. I haven't seen the numbers for 20 years.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
