I did some strength training this week, so I'm feeling like I've lost inches but not weight. It's all good with me!
109.3 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes indeed. I'm a size 10 at 180, so I don't really care what the scale says.
