Ok, don't know how, but I lost one pound, and I'll take it. I was so baaaaad last week with Valentine's day and all. I guess the exercise must have helped. Will try to get back on track this week, cuz I just have two more weeks to go before I go on vacation to California. I must be strong.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Excellent! Hey, I only lost 1 pound this last week, too, but that was all my own fault, and I know it. So let's see if we can go for 4 this week.....like I KNOW is possible, cause when I followed the plan correctly, that's what I lost each of my first 2 weeks. I've got a trip to California in my future, too, to aim for :-)
