I'm not sure how I increased 2lbs. on phase II. Maybe because I was sick last week?, but other then that. I've been logging my daily food intake and doing my regular walks. I'm so disappointed right now about myself. But I'm not ready to give up yet.

It could be many things. If you have been on plan and exercising, it is most likely water weight. Our weight goes up and down hourly. Too much sodium one day, can add water weight the next. Being sick can effect our bodies too. Drink some extra water and keep going. Those pounds will be off before you know it. Gains are a part of the weight loss journey, even though it sucks. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.
