Hi all - I got a lot of stuff accomplished this weekend - however ate too many carbs , sugar (m and m) beer however bud select low carb , watching races when I was done with chores - I am happy I know why my weight goes up and down - that is what I wanted to learn - I was very active physical wise and it is not phasing me at all - wonderful - I'll be good today and weigh tomorrow - staying under 200 is exciting but I'm creeping up - maintenance with a little loss this week is the plan - I've got chicken , cucumbers and Olive Garden salad / I was good at Olive Garden - got the chicken piccata , no pasta , chicken , capers , tomato with sauce(oh well) with zucchini slices - GoGreen , thanks for support , and I hope to spend more time on this week - Much success to all !!!
