Hmmm, almost three pounds short of my mark. That’s the usual. Set unrealistic expectations and get bummed out when they don’t occur. Too bad, I feel sleepy today. Day off e exercise since my shoulder is a bit tender today. I will go for a nice walk. Warm today and back to snow. Gotta figure out this eating thing....
