Fell off the band wagon yesterday and had icecream and chocolate and a thickshake. Tomorrow marks 5 weeks since my second daughter was born. Current weigh in is 65.9kg. Just before Miranda was born I weighed 75kg. Today I have decided to track my calorie intake so I can see what I am actually eating and making sure I eat clean and not indulging in junk food. My current aim is to lose another 6kg by Easter. Then once I achieve that goal drop to my original pre baby weight (before first daughter) of 55kg by end of May 2018.
65.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
