I almost didn't weigh myself today - I've already ate breakfast! Do you think that matters? Will I get a true weight mid-day vs. first thing in the morning?

Maybe - my 204.6 pounds is currently 205. So basically that means another week of stagnation.

93.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
