I'm ending the month 4.2 pounds down and I'll take it. I fought hard, fell off, and then fought like hell to come back.
I'm deeming this Fasting/Focused February. I just picked up IF again these last few weeks and it does wonders for curbing binges and cravings and the scale.
I've said before, I'm more of a bribe than reward person and as my spring plans start to take shape and reunions become imminent, I'm fiercely determined to put in the work. It doesn't hurt that I'm happiest having big plans to look forward to which will boost my mood out of this rut - finally (I hope)!
