I fell off the wagon and didn't even try to get back on for almost two months. I'm back on today. I feel awful. I gained weight that I worked hard to lose. Cheat days are dangerous. No more cheat days for me!

Yeah, as a binge eater, I don't do binge days. It's letting the lion out of the cage. Find other ways to reward yourself! I make these "fat bombs" which are good fats but little treats. I bought some cauliflower crusts to make a pizza. I have these special gluten free muffins I eat on Tue, Thur, Sat. Well, just recommit to yourself and never give up. I have gained my weight back 50x but honestly what am I supposed to do, give up and just drop dead? NO! You just pick yourself up and go!!
