So I weighed in yesterday and was nervous that I had gained, I've been following my diet, but have not been eating that much. Been missing alot of meals due to my ever increasing busy schedule. So I was feeling as if was going to plateau and not lose or even worse gain. To my surprise I managed to lose 4lbs so that is exciting :).
I have met a goal of losing 50lbs, 52lbs lost total, YES!! Not in the clear yet though still have a ways to go. 88 more lbs to meet my goal weight.
My next goal is to lose another 20lbs and be at my halfway point by mid to end of June. Then the next goal is to lose another 20lbs by end of July to be under the 200lb mark. (I will be throwing a party, LOL)
Hopefully I can make these things happen in that time frame. I'm determined. I will succeed this time.

Wow that is amazing. You must feel great. Congratz, that's truly a great success. I just started here yesterday and my beginning weight is 269lbs. Your success is really inspiring. Keep up the good work!!!

Awesome!!!! You're doing great, but please dont get in the habbit of skipping meals. That's just not healthy and it'll screw up your metabolism and make weight loss a lot harder! Keep up the good work staying on your diet. I'm sure you'll be successful reaching your goals

Thank you both. Sarah I have been making myself slow down and take time to eat something for each meal. Its hard sometimes because I get so busy, but I am trying. The last thing I need is for my metabolism to slow down anymore than it already is.
