Restarting a diet often means great losses in the first two weeks. As I move on I am happy to see that losses even out for a steady weight loss. Right now, with the help of a friend who has some training as a nutritionist, I've been working on learning to balance my macros.
It's definitely been a challenge for me to make sure I am getting enough carbs! Not a normal challenge, but for a celiac who does buy a lot of extra starches it can be a bit challenging!
