Wow!! 10 lbs in one week and I feel great!! Finally found a diet that works without giving up fruit and unlimited veggie!! I think this will get my metabolism working!!!
131.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
