gk berenti usaha walaupun dlm 1 tahun kmren khilaf terus😕
target skrg 55kg, BB skrg udah 60kg alhamdulillah..
walau dibilang udah kurus, aku tetep mau 55kg💪🏻
*note : tinggi badan aku 169cm ya
60.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
