Just double checked, and I have lost a few more than I thought. Read the scale wrong. LOL. Oh, well, it was a benefit to me. YAY me!!
156.9 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
