I'm doing a 3 day plan and I need a kickstart - I read the article and foods in this article I have had major success with and some I'm not sure about but I'll see - The rough details are below -
Daily, you will need white potatoes 12 small (2 x 6) or 2 sweet potato, 12 oz protein (2 x 6 oz) , tea chai ( regular might work ) almonds (have a couple cups handy) for the timeframe, carrots, garlic?, broccoli, cauliflauer, lemon slices, to name a few things - This is off the top of my head -
I won't say how much weight loss would happen after 3 days , but we'll see - I will tell you after 3 days what the article said -
Start at 7;00 PM tonight - I know the chicken or protein 6oz , broccoli, almonds are involved but I will give you more specs after I get ahold of the article -
