I like to weigh myself once a week at the same time (usually Monday mornings). That way, it’s more consistent.

I weigh on the same day once a week. I don't like to see the day to day fluctuations.

I rarely get on the scales. Scales are not your friend. The weight reading is only a very small part of the story. Many of us prefer to go by how our clothes fit us and how we feel, and save the weighings for very few and very far between.

I weigh on the same day every week. I found weighing daily to be more of a challenge to me because if I gained I ate.

Never more than once a week. At most.

Every morning. If I don't I either slack off, or if I was working hard and then get on the scale and it doesn't encourage me, I become hysterical and spiral downward. If I know I have to weigh in tomorrow I behave better the day before. You just gotta find what works best for you.

I weigh myself every single day. I love having data. You just can’t let it rule your life. It’s a a small part of the big picture.

I weight my self the same day , same time , same scale with the same type of cloth ,but again the scale it's just a measure I take pictures of my self to see changes

every day, early morning, nude. I want to know if I'm gaining more than 2 days in a row.

I do it everyday. I don’t worry too much if it goes up one day unless I know I’ve been bad. But I still try to lighten up that day a little if it’s up. Just helps it from getting away from me.

everyday I feel is better because of the fluctuations that are normal. If you do it everyday, you get familiar with these fluctuations and you learn what exactly is normal for you and you have a better idea of your true weight. If you weigh yourself once a week you may catch yourself on an elevated fluctuation on that second weigh-in.

I weigh every single morning. I wake, pee, weigh in only underwear, brush my teeth. It's a routine. It keeps me on track. If I'm up an lb I know it's either water or Ive been undisciplined. I don't want to wait a week and find out I'm up 3-4 lbs. It's much easier to correct a small mistake than a big one.

Im a once a week girl myself...Im a huge fan on taking my measurements though because unlike the scale it really informs me how my body is changing for the better as the inches begin to melt away:)
