Bummer some how I gained back two pounds over the weekend. while I was in Calgary. I thought I followed my diet pretty well. Well I have to work really hard this week to make up for the weight gain. this is only a small set back.
138.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you stuck to it pretty well, I'm sure this is just a blip that'll reverse itself in no time. Just get back on it 100% - you're doing great! :)

You are doing really well, sometimes I gain weight for no reason and sometimes I lose more that I thought I would. Stick with it and the weight will come off. I have to look at how much I lose in a month not a day or week.
