Well so far nothing is really working for me! I've recently read The Metabolism Boosting Diet by Dr. Joey Shulman and it makes perfect sense to me! I took the test she has in the book and wow do I need a BOOST!!! So today I begin with the Balance portion of the diet and I will stay on this phase for 15 days then move on to the boost phase! I really need to reset my metabolism and get on a long term program.....here I go again....wish me luck!!!!
