Christmas was NOT good to me. Did so well until I spent 3 days with family. Ouch! Now to get serious again!!

70.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg. Still to go: 1.7 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
