Had a rough couple of days, couldn't eat. Only benefit, shaved off 5 more pounds. However, it's more than that, it's the lightest I've been in more than 8 years. Yay me. It's hard to see just 5 pounds, but now that's a total of 14 pounds from the 265 I was at when I started actively trying to lose or 21 pounds from the heaviest I got up to of 272. I feel lighter in my step. That part feels great. I'm still not happy with my body shape, but I accept that it will take time. I haven't started walking yet. I'm procrastinating, I know it. I don't want to admit it, but I know it. I can feel the desire to get out there and put my feet in front of another though. This "losing streak" has got me feeling more "balanced" to get out there and push myself harder. My next goal was to see under 250 of course, and I'm not too far off at 251 as long as I can maintain this loss.

I hadn't thought about what my next goal was. I guess I hadn't had the chance to think past the "get below 255" point for a while. I guess I'd like to get under 240 pounds now. That's 11 pounds away. I wonder what 240 looks like on me? (better than 270, or 260, or even 250 I'd bet.) :)
