Took a F yesterday (Danny's 69th birthday). Gotta cut out salt, but I keep eating Ruffles Queso chips daily in the car! Stress!

64.7 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
