I haven't had the motivation to exercise lately and I'm really starting to feel it. Luckily, we've been given the opportunity to work with a personal trainer once a week as a perk at my job. This has really shown me that I do not push myself hard enough when I exercise and that a short amount of well thought out moves can be very efficient. My diet has suffered recently as well due to some added stress in my life. I'm trying to get back on track but ice cream and Kit Kats are tempting me in the evenings. It doesn't help that my SO has the metabolism of a small child. This is a minor set-back but I will not let it continue into the new year. I've got this.
