terrible start to my eating today. office birthdays always do that to me. Weight was down this morning, but already ate 2 treats. Will adjust the rest of the day to make up for it.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
