Feeling good doing well going back on induction just to cleanse the
sweets out which I got into during Easter.One thing I have to say about
myself,this time I didn't throw in the towel by going off program.I've done that so many times and I don't know whats different this time.
Maybe I finally am getting it. Who knows?????I'm tired of having that
over loaded feeling,getting up full,going to bed full etc.
