Have been doing intermittent fasting for 5 months. I just keep losing body fat. Strenght is going up! I do a kinda night fat eating plan. I make my own kefir and kombucha! I sleep like a rock and what's crazy I'm getting up earlier than I ever have in my life. Oh ya I drink a gallon of electrolized reduced water with Hymalan sea salt.
