bought cambridge but decided not to use it, it makes my hair look terrible and hairloss , try to eat ‘ normal’ low cal but not sure how many caloriea yesterday yougourt with musli fruit and dry fruit, lunch rice cookies and humus and in the evening eat out at restaurant gambas and veggies small bread salmon and veggies 1/4 mini dessert, i hope i can keep this weight off dont pretend to loss weight in winter but keep my weightloss from 78-73 to now 64,5 thanks to those who have given me comments I dont know how to respond, today yougourt cereal and fruit salad with chicken at work,
