@fera10: aku cuma sarapan oatmeal jam 4 pagi, trus puasa sampe jam 5 sore. bukanya cuma makanan biasa tp tetep eat clean. no junk food, no soda, np ice cream, kurangi gula sama garam aja sih. aku lebih suka ngebanyakin sayuran. udah itu doang XD aku juga ga nyangka, pdhl aku uda diet dr agustus tp cuma turun 3 kg dlm 2 bln. karena ga konsisten dan ganti2 program diet. alhasil aku sempet anti makan, setiap makan aku muntah dan lemes sepanjang hari. intinya sih, temukan diet yang cocok untuk tubuh kita. karena ga semua program cocok :) semangat :)
