iya, ntah kenapa saya turun 4kg dalam 10hari trus ga turun lagi 😓 khawatir naik, biar gitu olahraga dirumah tetep dijalanin gara" khawatir 😣

@Dina Naya itu namanya badan kamu lg dalam masa plateau sis... Semua juga gitu kok, ada saatnya BB stuck. Gpp, tetep jaga makanan + olahraga aja.. Yg penting sehat, berat badan nanti turun dengan sendirinya.. Jangan menyerah..
