I redeemed some stranded credit card points for Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD. Now I just have to wait for it to get here.
Went to spin class again yesterday - glad I did :) It was incredibly difficult even compared to normal, but hey, no pain no gain (or in this case loss), right? In fact, I felt rewarded when I weighed myself this morning and had lost that stupid pound I gained from my poor drinking choices this past weekend.
I think I'm going to attempt the Bodyrock 30-day challenge this month. I've been wanting to do it for a while but always miss the start - but no excuses today!
Also, I'm setting a new mini goal for May. While I still have a long way to go on my overall goal, I want to be below 160 by the end of the month. Ideally, I'll be closer to 150, but hey I'll take what I can get. Hopefully between bodyrock and spinning, the pounds will just melt away!
