Lost 0.8 lbs this week. Stayed OP all week, no problem. Didn't earn any activity points this week, don't know, just didn't feel motivated to work out. Maybe, time-of-month, had something to do with sluggishness and possible some fluid retention. Eating out Saturday night at Phillips Seafood House in Baltimore, shouldn't have any trouble there, getting something steamed. Then off to see George Strait & Little Big Town at the Mariner Arena. Yeeh Haw!
