Today 452 lbs - lost track of dieting - so hard to keep on the right track not sure why I don't want to be fat - my body hurts - but the drug (food) is so powerful - lost
200.5 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 64.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
