Well the scale moved a little .. woooohooo! but oh my legs are so freaking sore. not too sure if it is just from walking or the new shoes. hopefully they stop hurting kinda soon. the first 1/2 mile is so painful. :( but got to think i lost 1 lb. :D Well today i am upping my calories to 1300.. i guess we will have to wait and see if that helps or hurts my very slow weight loss. I just cannot get discouraged when i step on the scale and don't see it move! that is my biggest downfall. trying so hard and not seeing no results on that darn scale!
Oh and i cannot forget the most important thing here. My blood sugar has dropped from 280 to around 80-120.. :)) the last couple of nights it has been 80 and 88. which for me that is awesome! never thought i would get that under semi control.

That is a wonderful turn around on the blood sugar. I know the scale tells us so much, I'd rely on body measurements in addition to the scale. Just because you might not be losing on the scale, you most likely will lose inches which is just as important.
