GOOD to see some downward movement this morning after some slight back and forth over the last 2 weeks!! Getting there, slowly but what matters is that I ARRIVE where I am going not how long the journey was :)
62.8 kg Lost so far: 32.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
