Resisted all temptations of a large work meeting dinner. Planned ahead and stuck to my plan. It definitely was not easy. Dominoes pizza and brownies were sounding pretty good on the 3 hour drive home afterwards, but my water worked just fine as I had met my macros and knew I wasn't truly hungry.
