alhamdulilah 2 hari ga makan nasi..konsumsi 1000 kalori aja sehari turun 3 kg.di bantu kerja full seharian sama beban pikiran makanya cepet turun.haha
72 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
