Kinda bummed by that gain, since I had a perfect weekend/.. whoosh must be comming... I hope, lol.. I really hope to make it 15lbs down for my 2 week induction.... gotta get under 240...Have another week until end of April.. 235, I am comming!!!
I didn't even have cake at a party we had, no cheating, go me!
109.8 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I so hear you about a gain,its just not fair when we are doing everything right!I am sure that your whoosh is coming, hang in there! Congrats for not cheating! That can be so hard! But you do it!
