I suck at keeping track and writing things down. Another post-it to add to my computer monitor "enter in your food daily!"
103.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
